We are shaped by our life experiences and what we bring to them. My approach to therapy is to help you examine who you are in relation to where you are now, and where you want to be, and how past and present experiences help or hinder what you want out of life. Every life is a narrative, but many have difficulty recognizing and honoring their stories in the strengthening framework it can provide.
